Task

To create a concept, trademark, and design the interior of a corporate restaurant in the heart of the largest commercial and business district in Ljubljana.

Solution

Decades ago, the Americans invented an original term, which combines two meals (breakfast and lunch) in a single word: BRUNCH. In Slovenia, this expression is especially familiar to businesspersons and those who love to travel. This is why this term was selected as the trademark name of the restaurant, which also includes an abundant “to-go” menu.
